Connecting and Collaborating Blog Post 1

Skype could be useful in a variety of ways in the classroom. As a teacher or as a classroom of students we can collaborate with teachers and classrooms in other classrooms in the same city, state, and beyond to teach a shared lesson. Students can collaborate face to face with pen pals. Skype would be a good tool for collaborating with guest speakers such as authors, historians, museum curators or zoo keepers with teaching and q and a sessions.
